City and Guilds of London Institute Initially as subject officer for a range of subjects (mainly in Engineering), then in Research and Development department (1972-74), concentrating on assessment techniques.

1974-85

Freelance, working part-time from home. Included projects for City & Guilds, Business and Technician Education Council, Guildford Educational Services Ltd.

1985 - 2003

Consultant, Guildford Educational Services Ltd. Main areas of activity:

 

- Assistant Editor of EDUCA, the Digest for Vocational Education and Training.
- Work in GES consultancy projects, usually as Project Director (examples of projects on other screens)
- Product development and specific projects related to the learning resource Europe in the Round, produced by GES’ parent company, Vocational Technologies Ltd.
